Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, friend, and Bishop unexpectedly passed away on December 3, 2012.
Rick W Takemori was born in Sandy, Utah on February 11, 1957.
He was truly an example of Christ and touched many lives with his infinite and unconditional love. He found joy in serving those around him. Those who knew Rick well, understand the boundless love others had for him.
Rick married his sweetheart Michelle on September 26, 1979. They are parents to four children: Chris (Amber), Nick (Ciara), Eric, Danielle and four grandchildren: Caleb, Mckenzie, Landon, and Paisley. Rick enjoyed spending time in the mountains with those he loved. Cycling with his friends was a passion and he was always up for the challenge. He frequently displayed his sharp wit with his famous one-liners.
Rick can unequivocally proclaim, "I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith"
